All our food is made in Calgary Alberta. We have a purpose-built, AHS-approved 4,600 sq ft. kitchen facility with an amazing team of chefs who bake, roast and sauté everything together for you. All meals are perfectly portioned out and macros are measured to help you smash your goals!

Your healthy prepared meals arrive on your doorstep every Sunday or Monday depending on your original selection. You can adjust to a later day if you prefer.
On the day of, you will be alerted via text message that your delivery is on its way. This message includes contact information for our delivery provider should you need to make adjustments to your address or delivery time.
Calgary meal delivery window is between 8:30 - 11 AM on both Sundays and Mondays.
Edmonton meal delivery window is between 3 - 7 PM on Sundays, and 8:30 - 11 on Mondays.
