Upon delivery, we recommend promptly refrigerating the meals. Each meal is packaged in a microwave-safe container, allowing for easy reheating when you're ready to enjoy them.

Do you offer portion-controlled/macro measured meals?

Can I choose the number of meals I want to order per week?

Is there a minimum or maximum order requirement?

Nutri-Go does not require a minimum or maximum order.

What are the available delivery areas & delivery windows?

We strive to offer delivery options that cater to a wide range of locations. Currently we delivery to Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Nisku & Beaumont. If your location is not listed, please reach out to our customer service for further assistance. Sunday and Monday delivery options are offered for all areas.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary based on your location and weekly spend. Orders over $200 receive free delivery. All deliveries that do not meet that criteria within the city limits of Calgary are $8, Edmonton $11, and outside both cities vary depending on proximity.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you have the unlimited flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. You can manage your subscription settings through your account on our website.

What is the pricing structure?

Our pricing structure is based on the meal plan and the number of meals you select. We offer different plans to suit various budgets and dietary preferences. The pricing details for each plan are displayed as you make your selections.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we often provide discounts and promotions to our valued customers. These can include introductory offers, referral discounts, or seasonal promotions. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following our social media channels to make the most of these opportunities.

What is a 'Digital Wallet'? It refers to a convenient feature integrated into your Nutri-Go user profile that functions as a personal bank account. It allows you to accumulate funds specifically designated for your orders, giving you the flexibility to spend them whenever you desire.

Can I provide feedback or make special requests?

Absolutely! We value your feedback and are open to accommodating special requests whenever possible. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to address your needs.

What happens if there is an issue with my delivery or if I have a problem with my order?

We strive for a seamless customer experience, but in the rare event of an issue, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will promptly investigate and work towards resolving any problems to your satisfaction. Your happiness is our priority!

What happens if I want to cancel after my plan renews?

If you decide to cancel after your plan renews, you have two options:

1. Receive the total amount credited to your account for future use.

2. Get a refund to the original payment method before the upcoming cut-off (Wednesday at midnight). This option incurs a 5% penalty deduction to cover transaction costs on our end.

How do I receive my refundable cooler bag deposit back?

Once we've received your bag and cold pack back, we will issue the deposit refund back to your original method of payment. 

Bags can be dropped off with notice to our kitchen HQ located at 5524 1a Street SW, Calgary AB. Send us a quick note at support@nutri-go.ca prior to drop off. 

If you live in the Edmonton area, drop-offs can be made to deeleeo warehouse located at 10008 6 Avenue SW, Edmonton AB.

How are the meals delivered?

Your weekly order arrives in a sealed insulated cooler bag containing a cold source (ice pack, cold pack, frozen bottle, etc).
Each week you will receive a new cooler bag with cold source, and simply leave out your last bag + cold source for your driver to retrieve! 

Nutri-Go is partnered with Deeleeo Delivery Solutions for all weekly deliveries. Deeleeo has a proven track record of successful deliveries completed with care and attention to the product.
