Nutri-Go Terms & Conditions

Updated: December 18, 2025

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order.

By accessing or using the Nutri-Go website (“Site”), or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Each order placed constitutes a reaffirmation of your acceptance of the then-current Terms.

Nutri-Go may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of the Site or placement of an order after that time constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Nutri-Go services are available only to residents of Alberta, Canada.

Accessing the Site or placing an order from outside Alberta is at your own risk and does not obligate Nutri-Go to fulfill services outside its operating region.

3. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

Nutri-Go programs are not medically supervised and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You must obtain physician approval prior to ordering if you are:

  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Under 17 years of age
  • Experiencing anorexia or bulimia
  • Living with chronic kidney disease or other serious medical conditions

Nutritional information is provided for informational purposes only and may change based on ingredient availability.

Weight loss or health results are not guaranteed. Failure to achieve desired results is not grounds for a refund or claim.

4. Orders, Billing & Payment Authorization

IMPORTANT PAYMENT DISCLOSURE

  • All orders are charged at the time of checkout, even if the delivery date is scheduled for a future date.
  • By clicking “Checkout”, you expressly authorize Nutri-Go and its payment processors to immediately charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including applicable taxes and fees.
  • Nutri-Go does not reserve, delay, or hold charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Orders are billed in advance to support ingredient sourcing, production planning, staffing, and delivery logistics.

Once an order has been placed and charged, it may enter production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to Section 6.

5. Subscriptions, Renewals, Pauses & Cancellations

Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically according to the schedule shown in your account.

  • Charges occur in advance of delivery, typically several days prior, depending on production and delivery timelines.
  • You may pause or cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing cutoff, which is displayed in your account and communicated by email.
  • Pausing or cancelling does not guarantee cancellation of already-charged or in-production orders.

One-Time Orders

One-time orders are charged immediately at checkout and are treated as final once production begins.

6. Refunds, Credits & Order Issues

If you are dissatisfied with a meal for quality or preparation reasons, you must contact support@nutri-go.ca within 5 days of delivery. Nutri-Go may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full credit or refund depending on the circumstances. Photo documentation may be required.

Refunds Requested Without Cause

If a customer requests a refund without cause — including changes of mind, personal circumstances, scheduling preferences, or misunderstanding of billing or delivery timelines — the following applies:

  • Approved refunds requested without cause are subject to a 5% processing fee, deducted from the refunded amount.
  • This fee recovers non-refundable payment processing, administrative, and transaction costs incurred at the time of purchase.
  • The processing fee applies regardless of order size, delivery date, or payment method.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Orders that are already:

  • In production
  • Prepared
  • Delivered
  • Or otherwise committed to Nutri-Go’s production schedule

are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where Nutri-Go determines a quality issue occurred.

Nutri-Go reserves the right to issue credits instead of refunds where appropriate.

7. Food Preparation & Allergen Disclosure

Nutri-Go prepares meals in facilities that process dairy, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish, and tree nuts.

While we take food safety seriously, Nutri-Go cannot guarantee that meals are free from trace allergens. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining suitability prior to consumption.

Nutri-Go does not make substitutions to customer orders.

8. User Content & Conduct

Any content you submit (including reviews or comments) must be lawful and respectful.

By submitting content, you grant Nutri-Go a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for any purpose.

Nutri-Go reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts for any reason.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, images, branding, designs, and software, is owned by Nutri-Go or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international law.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. Third-Party Links & Content

The Site may include links to third-party websites. Nutri-Go is not responsible for third-party content, services, or losses arising from their use.

11. Warranties Disclaimer

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutri-Go disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nutri-Go’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Nutri-Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutri-Go from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration or small claims court, not class or representative actions.

You waive the right to participate in class proceedings.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Nutri-Go.
